An exclusive party offering live viewing of a Ryukyu Golden Kings home game from the VIP area of the Okinawa Suntory Arena. Designed for incentive groups, it delivers premium hospitality and dynamic entertainment that create excitement and a strong sense of unity.
An experiential reception program that explores Koza, the city of music where Okinawan, Japanese, and American cultures intersect, guided by a curator. Featuring live performances and local stories, it naturally fosters interaction and engagement for incentive groups.
Shuri Castle, the former seat of the Ryukyu Kingdom, played a pivotal role in developing Okinawa's history and culture. This special theme party is held at the Yohokoriden, which was spared from the fire that destroyed Shuri Castle in 2019. This high-caliber reward dinner impresses your important guests, treating them as guests invited by the Ryukyu King and fostering heightened motivation and loyalty.
This unique urban venue reception combines a sightseeing tour, during which guests enjoy the scenery from a height as if they were taking an aerial walk, with a communication opportunity.
This is an experience program for companies that promotes communication while enjoying the deep charm of Naha. The local guide takes guests to carefully selected eateries and restaurants in Sakaemachi Market, which operates as a market during the day and as a selection of unique pubs and bars at night, evoking nostalgia.
Feel Okinawa's culture, immerse yourself in the excitement and the hospitality; just like delegates in the Ryukyu Kingdom era recorded so. That's the party we offer making it hard to keep it a secret.
Rituals called "O-tori Shiki" conducted by Ryukyu Kings in conveying their appreciation to their ministers, and "Awamori Consolidating ceremony" are the two key pillars to create parties uplifting everyone's spirit.
Vintage Okinawa indicates the 27 years between 1945 and 1972 when Okinawa was under the US policy.
American culture was reflected in the general life in Okinawa: jazz, rock and fashion, which blended with Okinawa's traditional culture and existed together.
"Shurijo Castle" was once home to the Ryukyu Kingdom and a center of politics.
Various national events of Ryukyu Kingdom and entertainment as part of foreign diplomacy were held in the "Una" (the Garden), a plaza in front of the "Seiden" (State Hall) at the center of the castle grounds.
In our Theme Party Series, the venue will be decorated like the "Una (the Garden)" and a variety of Okinawa delicacies beginning with "Tundabun", a dish of appetizers from the Ryukyu Kingdom, and "Awamori" (distilled alcoholic beverage known for being the first distilled alcoholic drink in Japan) will be provided.
In the background of the Seiden (State Hall) of Shurijo Castle, you will enjoy "Uzagaku", the traditional chamber music of the Ryukyu Kingdom, Ryukyu dance with its colorful costumes, and classical performances such as the energetic lion dance, Bojutsu (Art of Fighting with a Staff and Stick), and the Eiser dance.
This party setup is suitable for all main banquet halls of major hotels in Okinawa.
One of the highlights of Okinawa is its beautiful sea.
It attracts divers from all over the world. In this theme, a Mermaid Princess is looking up from the sea setting her eyes on seashore and today's modern Okinawa.
The venue will be decorated like the sea with floating fish and seashell art works.
The stage decorated in a blue sea, blue sky, white beach, and fluffy cloud motif will look down over the audience.
French dinner benefited from Okinawan food ingredients is also recommended.
Okinawa is famous for its ratio of repeat visitors which exceeds 70%.
Surely, the hospitality and entertainment of Okinawa catch the hearts of these many repeat visitors.
In this theme, a traditional home with red tile roof built in a unique style of architecture is used as the venue.
These types of houses are also popular among the Japanese.
The traditional home is great for relaxed entertaining while providing old Okinawa life style experience.
After enjoying traditional dishes which are essential to Okinawa people and folk songs played on a sanshin guitar, every participant will get the opportunity to try their hand at "Kachashi" dancing which has the meaning of mixing together.
This event is great for uniting participants in common harmony.
